The price update list stores a normalized email, consent version, source and timestamps so we can send a future product update. It does not store an IP address, and joining it does not create a newsletter subscription.

Collection notes remain private to the account. Sponsor and affiliate click logs contain campaign or listing context and destination host, not analytics identifiers or email addresses.
